Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your TextPurify Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at support@textpurify.online from the address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Renewals

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to renew, cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Partial months

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.

In cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, we will issue a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
