By using TextPurify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
TextPurify is a web-based tool for detecting and removing Unicode artifacts from text, analyzing readability and SEO structure, and performing on-device sentiment and semantic analysis. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
3. Accounts
You may use the Service without an account within the free usage limits. Creating an account allows you to access higher limits and additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process text containing illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits through automated means
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by TextPurify. You retain all rights to any text you process through the Service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis results will be accurate for all use cases.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextPurify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
